Chair yoga is particularly suitable for anyone who finds movement difficult because of a health condition, injury, etc.

I recently attended Mary Mackie‘s BWY in-service training for teachers. Mary shared a range of yoga movements that can be safely practised using a stable kitchen chair. We also learned how to adapt familiar yoga sequences, such as warrior and sun salutation.
