We focus on breathing, slow-paced stretching and relaxation. I demonstrate the pose and then talk you through the stages as you practise. I like to give verbal cues and check that you are working safely. This is why I keep the classes small. It means I can give you individual attention and suggest adjustments. Getting into the correct alignment spares your body unnecessary effort!
My aim is to make the classes as inclusive as possible. In case of injury or health conditions, I give modifications or alternative poses wherever possible.
I also offer variations to challenge more experienced practitioners, so that everyone develops their yoga practice at their own pace.
We enjoy a relaxed atmosphere in class and I’m always happy to answer questions as we go along.
Please note: the poses on this website are for information only – it is always best to attend a yoga class under the guidance of a suitably qualified teacher
